Mark Goshgarian
Mr. Goshgarian has been admitted to practice law in the State of California since December 1982. In addition, although Mr. Goshgarian does not practice accounting, he is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of California. Mr. Goshgarian has an undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California, with a degree in Accounting, and obtained his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law, Cum Laude.
During the last 27 years Mr. Goshgarian has practiced in the areas of real estate litigation; complex construction defect litigation; commercial lease disputes and litigation; insurance coverage opinions and litigation; business tort litigation; acting as Court appointed class action administrator in State class action litigation; complex class action litigation; special appointed trial counsel in bankruptcy court litigation; CPA defense malpractice; Federal and State Court securities litigation involving statutory securities violations and fraud in connection with offerings; contract disputes and litigation; tax litigation in the Federal Court and United States Tax Court; major Tort litigation involving claims for bodily injury; and complex probate and trust litigation.
Additionally, Mr. Goshgarian has extensive experience in business and real estate transactions including representation of developers and investors in real property, probate and trust administration, as well as corporate and partnership formation, reorganization, and liquidation.
In Mr. Goshgarian’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and coaching baseball.
