Mark S. Reusch

Mr. Reusch has been admitted to practice in California since December 2000. In addition, prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Reusch worked as a civil engineer and construction manager working on projects for the City of Los Angeles, which included work on the city’s $2 billion upgrade to its Hyperion wastewater treatment plant, the Los Angeles Community College District, and the Conejo Valley Unified School District. Mr. Reusch has an undergraduate and masters degree in Civil Engineering from Loyola Marymount University and obtained his law degree from Loyola Law School. He is a member of Phi Delta Phi, and received the American Jurisprudence Award for Real Property and Patent Law and was also a member of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society. 

Mr. Reusch has prosecuted and defended cases in the areas of business litigation including complex construction defect litigation, real estate litigation, class action litigation, commercial lease disputes and litigation, contract disputes and litigation, as well as patent, trademark and trade secret litigation. Mr. Reusch was instrumental in drafting the summary judgment motion and the appellate briefs regarding the disclaimer of implied warranties in the purchase agreements to homebuyers by developers, including KB HOME, which resulted in the published decision of Hicks v. Superior Court (Kaufman and Broad Home Corp.) (2004) 115 Cal. App. 4th 77. 

In Mr. Reusch’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four boys, skiing, roller hockey and refereeing for his sons’ soccer teams.
