John A. Marshall

Mr. Marshall has been admitted to practice in the State of California since 1983 and has specialized in business litigation including construction defect litigation, real estate litigation, and insurance coverage litigation. Mr. Marshall is regularly retained as trial counsel in complex multi-party litigation involving all areas of business disputes.

Mr. Marshall has an undergraduate degree in business from the University of Southern California. Mr. Marshall received his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law, Cum Laude, and was a member of the Pepperdine Law Review.

Mr. Marshall has been lead counsel in approximately 25 trials in both State and Federal Court and has been lead counsel or amicus curie in approximately 15 appeals or writs. Mr. Marshall has authored more than 100 coverage opinions and has been recognized as an expert in insurance coverage, testifying as an expert in cases in the Los Angeles Superior Court, Orange County Superior Court, and the Federal District Court.

During Mr. Marshall's spare time, he enjoys saltwater fishing in Southern California and Mexico.
